A critical meeting regarding the future of Gaziantep FK was held at the Gaziantep Governorate. Chaired by Governor Kemal Çeber, this meeting also included Gaziantep FK President Memik Yılmaz. One of the key agenda items was who would lead the club in the new season. Although current President Memik Yılmaz requested to resign, the city's dynamics decided to continue with him for stability. The club's financial situation and urgent needs were also discussed at the meeting. The primary goal of the club is to close the approximately 203 thousand Euro debt to open the transfer window. To this end, a support package of 500 million TL was announced. This support will also provide urgent resources for the payment of salaries to players and the technical staff. Gaziantep FK aims to start the new season stronger with the support of the city's leading figures.
